Fairy Tales in the Park Dancer Portraits

Service Description

HGCBT is offering complimentary portraits for all Fairy Tales in the Park '25 dancers. Photos will be taken at Essence Studios on April 27 and May 4. Dancers may wear their show costume. Key considerations: - We recommend you bring your dancer to the studio in bun (or dance-specific hair) and makeup. - We are asking you to arrive on-time for the time slot you signed up for. - The selected time slot is NOT when the photo is taken, but when your dancer gets their costume, headpiece, etc. - Please expect to be at the studio for approximately 30-40 minutes (longer if your dancer is in multiple dances). - Your dancer will NOT take their costume home on the day of the photo shoot. - You will be contacted via info@hopegardencbt.org to receive access to all of the digital files. - Everyone helping your dancer get their costume & headpiece, take and distribute their photos is a volunteer.
